Akira- Dead

Remember the live-action remake of Akira that was coming out…well its not anymore.

I was a litle curious to see how it was going to look but with a supposed 2009/2010 release date I can’t imagine they had enough time to spruce up a version I would have enjoyed.

The movie was said to be broken into two epic movies and had Leonardo Dicaprio’s production company, Appian Way,  attached as well as Warner Bros.

I’m through with the is re-make/re-imagining genre.  Watch Akria O.G
