New Favorite stuff

I heard about this show a while back but never found the time to check it out.  I happened upon an episode randomly and am now in love.  The basic premise is that two roommates earn cash by going in for experimental testing. It has an Arrested Development/Seinfeld feel to it which is pretty much how I measure every comedic show on television now.   Needless to say its some funny shiz.

Anyone but  me:

A new web series that follow the lives of young people affected by 9/11.  Normally that wouldn’t enough to draw my attention but the show features a young lesbian couple who are gasp! not dealing with a coming out story…well they sort of are but it isn’t being introduced in a super angst-ridden melodramatic way.  So far no one has turned into a vampire, werewolf, serial killer or committed suicide.   They’re gay, they’re together, and it goes on from their.  More of their stress comes from one of them having to move to upstate NY.  This is a result of her father’s forced retirement after suffering health complications that are related to 9/11.
